This year, we are thrilled to welcome Heather Stephen, Canadian sprinter, World Cup medal-winning bobsleigh athlete, published author, and co-owner of Apartment 3 Espresso Bar.

Heather Stephen is a Canadian sprinter, World Cup medal-winning bobsleigh athlete, entrepreneur, and author. Now a proud Sackville resident and co-owner of the beloved first location of Apartment 3 Espresso Bar, Heather bridges the gap between the high-performance mindset of elite international sport and the resilience required for business success. Her presentation will share powerful insights on drive, dedication, and the impact of community-first entrepreneurship.
